Can’t wait to relax with your favorite scents? We completely understand! Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment and then shipped within the United States 5-8 business days after that.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We’re so glad you’ve chosen Len + McAddy for your scent experience. We love the products we make and trust that you will as well. We’ve put our all into crafting these products just for you!
However we understand things happen and tastes sometimes change. So in the event that you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, there are options. All sales are final but you’re welcome to choose another Len + McAddy scent that better suits your needs. This new item must be of equal or lesser value than the initial purchase. Simply contact our office (firstname.lastname@example.org) after your items have been delivered to report any problem.
Customers may exchange unused items within five business days of the initial delivery. Shipping costs related both to the return and the exchanged item are the responsibility of the purchaser.
